About Us

The Raleigh County Day Report Center is a multi-component alternative sentence program serving Raleigh County, West Virginia. Our program includes targeted case management, community service, GPS monitoring, random observed drug screens, and out-patient substance abuse services including group classes and individual counseling.

Drug Screening

We provide random drug screens using a color code system ranging from once per month to 5 days per week. All drug tests at our facility are monitored by a technician to ensure the validity of the samples. We can provide instant results from an iCup, but all samples are sent to the lab for GC/MS confirmation.

SUD Treatment

All clients referred to our program complete an intake interview and comprehensive assessments with a case manager to determine level of need which will be used to outline an individualized case plan. Our classes also include anger management, domestic violence intervention, life skills and generalized group parenting.

GPS Monitoring

GPS monitoring has become a key part of many treatment programs and a great option for clients on bond or in a domestic violence proceeding. Client on GPS monitoring can be assigned a home zone with a curfew and/or an exclusion or “no-go” zone. Our case managers are notified of any violations to be reported.

Peer Recovery

Peer Recovery Support Specialists are individuals who have been successful in the recovery process who help others navigate the recovery journey. Client’s work as a group or individually with our PRSS to better understand recovery and what to expect along the road to recovery.
